Terms of use

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Al Balaj Folds, Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us").

2. Information on this website

Product descriptions, diagrams and guides are provided for general information. Dimensions, performance figures and availability depend on the system, glass and hardware quoted for a specific opening and are confirmed only in a written quotation. Concept illustrations are labelled and do not show completed installations.

3. Quotations and orders

Requesting a quotation through the website does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when you accept a written quotation and we confirm the order. Prices, lead times, payment terms and warranty terms are those stated on the quotation. Nothing is sold or paid for through this website.

4. Site visits

Quotations normally follow a site measurement. Where you supply dimensions without a site visit, the quotation is indicative until measured.

5. Intellectual property

Text, diagrams and images on this website belong to Al Balaj Folds or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use in deciding on a purchase; other copying or reuse requires our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, submit false enquiries, upload harmful files or interfere with the service.

7. Liability

We take care to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that the website is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on the website; our liability for products and installation is governed by the written quotation and contract.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
